Every legitimate venue operates on a "Steam Bath and Massage Establishment License" from the Macao Government Tourism Office — the same regulatory system that oversees the casinos. Health Bureau, Fire Services, and Tourism Office inspectors visit jointly on a regular schedule, and any venue's license can be checked on the Tourism Office's public website. Nothing is hidden.

Jacuzzis plus dry and steam saunas in the bathing area; unlimited complimentary dining — steak, fresh seafood, slow-simmered Cantonese soups, Sichuan stir-fries, fried rice, fresh fruit, chilled beer; selection shows and mingling in the lounge; and at the 24-hour venues, recliner rest areas for the night. A single visit can stretch to 12-15 hours without leaving the building. The service charge varies by house: Batangyu, Shang Pin, Number Nine and Victoria add 10%; Manhao, Empire and Golden Phoenix add a 5% service charge and a 5% tourism tax; while at East Castle, Majesty, The Excellent, Clube Rio and Fuhao Palace the figure shown is the figure billed — service charge and tax are inside it.

It is one at East Castle and at Majesty, and the KTV club Clube Rio runs no add-on menu at all. The venue is told you're coming, so you simply pick on arrival. Priority entry is part of the deal too — the front-desk queue isn't for you.

The Car Comes to You
Once you've settled on a venue, a 7-seater private car (Alphard/Mercedes) collects you wherever you are — any hotel or address in Macau. It costs nothing, and there's no taxi to flag or route to work out.
Check In
On arrival you're checked in with priority — no front-desk queue. Collect your wristband and locker key, change into a robe, and lock away your things. Free secure lockers are standard at every venue, so your belongings are covered.
Ease In
Give yourself 20-30 minutes in the jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room first. It settles the body and sets the tone for everything after — this part is meant to be unhurried.
Dine Freely
Unlimited complimentary dining runs at every venue: premium steak, fresh seafood, long-simmered Cantonese soups, Sichuan stir-fries, fried rice and noodles, fruit, cold beer, and a full drinks list — no extra charge at any point. A few houses are especially known for their steak, seafood platters, and soups; take your time with them.
The Selection Show
The centerpiece. Therapists walk the main hall so you can look properly before deciding. Formats differ — Manhao Spa runs Macau's largest parade hall, while Number Nine Spa stages its introductions under professional lighting. Shows generally begin after 7 PM, when the room is at its liveliest.
Your 60 Minutes
With your therapist chosen, you move to a private room for a 60-minute one-on-one session. What it includes depends on the venue and therapist type — massage, a waterbed experience, or a themed-room scenario — always behind a closed door.
Stay the Night
No reason to hurry out afterwards. Nine of the eleven saunas take overnight guests: the eight 24-hour venues keep recliner rest areas where you can doze or stay the night (12-15 hours), with the dining and baths still open to you, and at Fuhao Palace Spa the 12-hour sauna bath covers the night as well; private rest rooms are usually chargeable. Manhao closes at 06:00 and The Excellent at 04:00, so neither takes overnight guests. The add-on treatments that come with booking through us — back rubbing, head massage, reflexology, manicure, ear cleaning and the like — are usually slotted into this window, which rounds out the night nicely. For the most comfortable stay, Majesty Spa is our pick: open around the clock, a well-appointed recliner lounge, and paid private rest rooms in peak season.
Breakfast, Then Go
Next morning: free breakfast, a final shower, and an unhurried exit. Door to door the visit can run up to 15 hours — roughly a night's hotel bill saved, while you ate, bathed, were looked after, and rested.

Come after 7 PM if you want the fullest lineup. Shift times differ by house — they begin somewhere between midday and 3 PM and run to between 4 and 6 in the morning — and the roster is complete by evening, which is also when the shows begin.
Staying over? Pack earplugs and an eye mask. Rest areas are shared spaces (Majesty Spa and Batangyu also have paid private rest rooms), and foot traffic plus house music can cut into your sleep. Two small items, a much better night.
Paying in MOP cash saves the 1-3% that cards and e-wallets lose to international exchange surcharges. Border-gate and hotel ATMs both dispense it.
Come light. Robes and slippers are supplied; phone, wallet, and ID are all you need on you, and the locker holds the rest. Most guests arrive in street clothes and change straight into a robe — there's no dress code and nothing to lug around.
Message us before heading out to hear the day's promotions and who's on shift. Offers rotate and rosters change daily — a quick check saves arriving to find your preferred type off duty.
Name your language early. We'll pair you with a venue and therapist comfortable in English (or Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese, depending on the day). Being clearly understood changes the session — especially your first one.
